Hi, I'm Mackenzie! “Study the body, don’t judge it,” as my classes meet you exactly where you are. Drawing on 18 years of experience, I blend biomechanics and neurological science with Pilates and dance to achieve total body transformation. This approach focuses on longevity and sustainable results crafted to help you break through physical plateaus. Beyond the workout, these classes offer a fun, high-energy environment rooted in creative movement and consistency. We foster a "togetherness vibe" where a supportive community welcomes everyone.

Hi, I’m Alexa! I truly believe movement has the power to remind us just how strong, resilient, and capable we already are. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to challenge yourself, celebrate your progress, and know that simply showing up is enough. You can expect an upbeat, empowering class filled with plenty of pulses, planks, push ups, and moments that ask you to lean into discomfort, all while being supported every step of the way. Paired with high energy playlists and lots of encouragement, my hope is that you leave class feeling stronger than when you walked in. Not just physically, but mentally, too!

Hi, I'm Danielle! I’m a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and certified Yoga Sculpt instructor with a passion for creating classes that are equal parts challenging, energizing, and fun. I love blending an intentional yoga flow with strength training and music-driven movement to create an experience that’s both approachable and empowering. My goal is for every student to leave class feeling stronger, more confident, and inspired, while having fun along the way!

My playlists will always have either 50 cent, Sean Paul, Pitbull, Ciara, or Missy Elliott songs. We focus on full body with a little more leg growth, emphasis. I will be here to guide you, encourage you, and fix your form. Each class you’ll notice yourself getting stronger. I can’t wait to see you in my classes!

Hi, I'm Paulina! When you take my Pilates class, you can expect a full body workout that targets your arms, core, and legs in a Pilates HIIT style. Each class is designed to build strength, boost endurance, and leave you feeling that deep, satisfying burn.
My classes are high energy and fun, with a mix of EDM, rap, and hip hop to keep you motivated. I switch up sequences and offer modifications so everyone feels challenged and supported.
We finish with a cool down and stretches set to calming music, helping your body reset and leaving you feeling strong and refreshed.

My vibe is motivating, music-driven, and empowering! I want you to feel challenged but also capable, no matter your level. Expect a mix of controlled, intentional movements and spicy sequences that build endurance, all set to upbeat playlists with a lot of hip-hop/ rap and house music! I focus on form and helping you tap into both physical and mental strength while having fun. You’ll leave sweaty, stronger, and with that post-class confidence boost!

Hi, my name is Daija and I am a fully certified comprehensive Pilates instructor. I currently teach Refined Form. If I could describe my classes in one word, I would say SPICY! My favorite moves would be planks and booty work. Each of my classes are carefully crafted to sculpt your body & challenge you mentally and physically, while focusing on the core Pilates principles such as the importance of control & breath. Outside of Pilates I love to hike, cook new recipes, & have Bible study with my girls!

My classes are challenging but approachable—I’ll push you, but I always give options so you can move in a way that feels good for your body. Expect a mix of classic Pilates foundations with spicy progressions, all set to fun, hype music that keeps the energy up. I’m big on form, intention, and creating a space where you feel strong, confident, and a little shaky by the end.

Hi! I’m Ally, and for the past 10+ years, I’ve been helping students find their physical and mental edge through movement on their mats. My Power Vinyasa Flow and Sculpt classes are high-energy and grounding, seamlessly blending athletic sequencing with the infectious beats of everyone’s favorite old school tracks. My biggest passion is helping you recognize your own power and mental resilience, both on and off the mat. For me, yoga isn't separate from your life……it is your life! Your yoga practice is the ultimate space to plug in, recharge and find your grit! Outside of yoga, I use all these tools to stay grounded in my own beautifully full life as a high school math teacher, the owner of Dough Mama Bakery, and a mom to three amazing kids (and married to a pretty cool dude:)). Step onto the mat with me to sweat, smile, and have a little fun!
